House design and floor plans by the thousand
If you can't get ideas from this about where to put everyone
and  everything, you aren't trying!

All about buying a home
Although the orientation isn't a Canadian one, this website
is an excellent source of information.

The ABC's of Real Estate
Another US website, but it's full of useful advice and information.

The XYZ's of real estate investment
This is another American site, but it's crammed with excellent ideas
and tips about making money as a real estate investor

A real estate library
There's something of a tilt in the direction of real estate people, but it offers a host of
tips, articles, and information reports for home buyers and sellers.

The Exclusive Buyer Broker idea
This is also a US site, but it nicely explains and expands upon the nature
and benefits of using an agent who works only for buyers.
 
CMHC's information site
Lots of ideas and suggestions from the Canada Mortgage
 and Housing Corporation.

Mortgage Guide and Information
Well thought out and useful advice regarding the In's and Out's
as well as the Do's and Dont's of the mortgage business.

Buying property in Canada
Useful information about what you can -- and cannot -- do.
Includes links to several related topics.

Common Business Myths
A provocative but well reasoned account of mistakes you shouldn't make
in starting, running, or buying a business.

English as she is spoke
An useful account of the subtle differences between UK and US spelling, including
mention that Canadian English is somewhere in between the two!

The word's on the tip of my tongue
An online thesauras of synonyms and antonyms.  Feed in a word and get similar and opposite ones.  A boon for wordsmiths!
